” another 50 basis point cut before the open? “
I hope not. ‘Save the ammo’ is my view!
I am so bad—I am laughing.
Think of the optics of Congress telling the public _they_ need to go to work while Congress goes hiding in their bunkers.
Profiles in courage—not exactly. :-)
according to the Pence presser, a person has to go thru their doctor right now to get the test ordered. Out here in calif, Quest Diagnostics is a test lab - and they’re just about everywhere so doctor’s lab orders can be filled pretty conveniently. So tests will be accessible.
But what they’re trying to prevent is a Thanksgiving Black Friday-type crush where everybody and their cousin want to get tested ‘just because’. (this is what happened in Wuhan where there are no private doctors for the working class so everyone shows up to the hospital). The problem of false negatives, a trait of this virus, means multiple tests. So we have to have brakes on the system. At least, that’s how I see it.
For sure, hate it to come to that, but thankful they’re showing the guts to do it. I’m looking for groups that fight, you know? Adapt, improvise, overcome. (How we win wars!)
A good source on Italy - 4 pages (newest articles are on page 4)
Ps: the person who posts a lot of these is Tetano, who is a pediatrician in Italy
oh..and I think the chick in the blue suit also has a sample cup in her hand
The last sentence is where you go wrong.
I will bet you dollars to donuts that there are many folks out there with pneumonia tonight....
We really do touch a lot of common contaminated surfaces when out and about. Those are tiny sanitizer bottles. Only hold about a fluid ounce. Thank goodness they are refillable. I keep one on the outside strap of my bag. No need to fumble to get to it.
They could have stopped it with quarantines lasting longer than 14 days and closing the borders completely. This is a complete FUBAR situation.
If Quest Diagnostics is the lab then I wonder how long before DirectLabs.com has the test.
Remember, silver coins that are 90% probably are less nasty than paper money.
Might even be worth something down the road.
Read a blurb somewhere that they found out a German auto plant worker was real patient zero in Italy. What are the Germans hiding ? No deaths my butt.
“..the masked woman is eating a sample while wearing a mask glasses gloves boots and some kind of hazmat jumpsuit “
OMG! That is hilarious!
True. What I meant is that it looks particularly scary right now because there are so many first cases on vents or in critical condition. As testing ramps up, I think we will see more of the milder cases as well, and even the milder pneumonia cases not in ICU.
Georgia health yesterday that they had tested everyone referred to them for testing so far, bit put realizes more is coming.
and you’ll still have the Italy stamp in your passport.
Silver’s inability to carry disease may have been a factor in it’s value. And it’s use in coinage.
Wonder if gold has the same attribute?
Fireworks are ... MIC **
first the distillery, now fireworks. I’m bummed.
Another word salad.
