I like the suggestion earlier about using the corona virus test on him. Only I’d make it a single bowl and tell him it may or may not have been infected. Kinda like what he did to the unsuspecting shoppers.

This should be considered and explored. Apparently he has a conscience. Which one of didn’t do stupid things as a juvenile? I’d not give him jail time, but require him to speak at junior high schools about not doing stupid things to show off and that you know are wrong.
