Good for him. I can’t watch Jeopardy! anymore because it’s all pop culture topics, not history and literature and such, which made the show what it is.

My wife and I still watch it, but we are terrible on any category that includes modern pop culture. I don't think there is more of it. It's just that there are now a couple of decades of pop culture that have passed us by and that we don't care about.

He must LOVE doing to show. I would have quit and gone to some island in the sun. I’m secretly jealous of my wife when we watch jeopardy because she is really good at all the puzzle like questions.

I know what you mean - it’s too many TV, music, video games questions these days instead of general knowledge. I guess they’re trying to attract the younger demographic crowd.
