President Trump, Sec. Azar, and Tony Fauci announced today the FDA has approved a fast track program to begin Phase 1 dosing trial of a COVID-19 virus in one month. They didn’t name the company involved but it appears to be Inovio Pharma in San Diego from the way their stock soared today. They briefed the President’s team on their proprietary platform that sequenced the virus from the genome provided by the Chinese in 3 days and then synthesized the mRNA chains that produce the vaccine in volume.
They have indicated they can produce 1 million doses by the end of 2020 once they have shown safety and effectiveness in the Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials.

NCL has a system whereby you can bid on auction for an upgrade up to two levels. They can be fairly cheap. That will probably change. They might even let you go higher.
Today, it seems I'm an expert at causing you to make stupid-ass posts.
My sister and her beau left on an 18 day cruise Sunday. She is an avid cruiser and quite the expert on getting every possible discount, upgrade, perk and plus. I have no doubt she pulled out all the stops on this one. She is also one of those cruisers who loves the underway time, and this one is a Hawaii cruise, with far more time underway than in ports. She probably wouldn't be too disappointed if they were not allowed to pull into Hawaii, and spent the entire time cruising.
