I just got information on South Korea that indicates South Korea is not a good example of what the virus will do in the USA if the Fece transmission is a big factor during no symptoms stage.

South Korea still has open sewer systems, and a lot of residents still us open squatty toilet in the floor. This is in common with China and Iran. Not sure about Italy.

Opinions? Anybody been to the Italy? Bad or Good reasoning?

Not sure, but Venice could be in trouble if that’s the case.

That is the common style of toilets in Turkey. My hotel had standard flush toilets. Out in the countryside, the toilet facility by the house where Mary lived out her days after the crucifixion of Christ was a squatty with a bucket and a garden hose with typical hose bib. No arrangements for hand washing.

Interesting - I was surprised when we visited northern Italy - the restaurant had the open floor squat toilet. We didn't stay the night or go to the bathroom anywhere else, so don't know how prevalent it is.
