Don’t stay longer than 30m, you don’t make more after that.
If you can, flip like bacon to get max skin exposure. Be sure NOT to offend the neighbors though :)

I have been recommending 30 minutes of sunlight per day as the best preventive and treating of most viruses/germs per day.
As you note, if we can do that around our lunch time it is even better.
Also, this improves our dopamine level which makes us feel better. If we feel better, our immune systems work better.
Last but not least people with Parkinson’s disease do better with 30 minutes of sunlight per day because of the increase in dopamine levels.
Our mothers and grandmothers knew to get us out in the sun to play and to open the windows when it wasn’t freezing,snowing or raining outside.
