True Confession:
I’ve never gone fishing. The opportunity never came up when I was ready to do it.

Question: Are Trout good to eat when they get that large?
Or are you better off just having it stuffed and mounted for wall art?

No...says my hub..too old....probably been on bottom a lot eating stuff there...may taste like mud.

Yes- it’s a soft flaky flesh no mtter the size really- the only time they aren’t good to eat is when they are spawning- the flesh becomes very mushy- (well at least with salmon- when they undergo that weird change)

A fish that size I’d definitely have it on wall- but i think you can get the meat from it too- they take the flesh out- and stuff it with foam i believe-
