For the asparagus, I’ve been roasting it with the addition of granulated garlic and/or paprika as well.
The Kemmons Wilson Culinary Institute at the Univerversity of Memphis seems to be interested in me teaching a Hungarian cooking class. Well see how this plays out.
Spiral 3-4 buttered sheets with your fingers, then fill with 1-2 tb of something tasty, then fold ends over filling, flip and bake.
Here's what they look like as Cream Donuts.
Fill centers with vanilla custard.
