Israel, Bahrain, and Jordan have banned the entry of foreigners who have visited South Korea in the past 14 days.
Kiribati and Samoa require those traveling from South Korea to spend 14 days in a country that has no reported cases of the novel coronavirus.
American Samoa requires those from South Korea entering through Hawaii to spend 14 days in Hawaii.
Brunei, Britain, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Macao, Oman, Ethiopia, Uganda and Qatar have heightened entry procedures, such as self-quarantine if they show symptoms or conducting a health check.

“Yonhap reported Friday the South Korean leader told representatives of opposition and ruling parties South Korea relies on China for pharmaceuticals. Any move toward health-related travel bans could provoke China, Moon said.

Feb 24, 2020 · ULAANBAATAR, Feb 24 — Mongolia will ban flights to and from South Korea starting today until March 2 due to the outbreak of the new coronavirus, weeks after closing its border with China over the epidemic.
Maybe, I honestly don’t know that much about how viruses work. I know there is such a think as a viral load, but our immunity determines how we’ll we fight things off. I hope that’s the case here.

All university-affiliated travel to China and South Korea is prohibited for students, while short-term, faculty-led programs in Italy and Japan, which may include trips over spring break, have been canceled due to “logistical disruptions and limited travel availability.” University-affiliated travel to China and South Korea for faculty and staff is “strongly discouraged” and would require Provost/University Risk Officer approval.
Penn State also canceled an embedded course in Vietnam due to flights that would take students through South Korea.
Students studying abroad for the semester in Italy and Japan can still stay there for the time being, per recommendations from global health agencies.
