“Dick Wolf has proven time and time again that he makes shows audiences love,” While I watched the original Law and Order, I never got into the spin-offs.
I guess I'm not interested in shows that feature depraved criminals abusing and terrorizing innocent people, which apparently is the kind of shows that "audiences love" these days.

And very often on "Law & Order" and its spinoffs, the perp walks because of some legal technicality. That's entertainment? Not for me. Even if it is not realistic, I want to see the perp pay. That was one thing good about westerns. The bad guy always got his comeuppance.
