There’s a legal term that basically means as long as what the fraud did was accomplished legitimately the actions stand. That would come into play here.

True! However, the “we” at the beginning of the sentence means - our DOJ.. most of whom ARE the very folks mentioned in the second half of the sentence...

While it would be exceedingly gratifying to see justice done having Obama proven to be the fraud he is/was, invalidating all his actions during his eight years golfing in the Office would create far too much chaos than good. That he was sworn into the position, twice, after garnering both the popular and electoral vote, validates despite his non-qualification.

But I shall always refer to Obama as the Resident - the capital "R" for respect to the office.
