There weren’t many of these cases back in the day when perverts were severely beaten for sexual attacks such as this.
India knows how to take care of them.
The psychological professions helped.
They promoted the notion that little girls somehow often became precocious and began seducing...older adult men.
And they strongly asserted that rape of little boys was so rare that it was unlikely very many people would actually meet a genuine case of it in their lifetime. They also insisted that when it did happen the children invariably became pedophiles themselves.
Two things changed this.
1. During the time of the Edwin Meese commission on pornography pictures were shown to hundreds of journalists around the world showing literally tens of thousands of individual children being raped in caches of evidence seized in raids on offshore bulletin boards for pedophiles. And a few months later another. And then another.
2. The big unending sledgehammer blow. Steve Jobs ensured a digital camera on every cellphone. And incontrovertible evidence of situations happening day to day began to be seen in a constant stream which continues to this day.
Is this event an illegal?
Would not bet on it.
