I seems to affect a lot of people with diabetes type 2. The Chinese have one-third of the world’s people with diabetes type 2. It is also rampant in the Arabic world. There is, as I have been told by Asians and Muslims, a lot of type 2 diabetes due to consumption of rice and pasta.

If not actually on a keto diet, perhaps one might just try to limit carbs to less than 60 per day. People do not need the carbs that 0ur forefather farmers and coal miners or whatever needed. Even in prepping for bad times maybe more preserved meats, vegetables and fruits would be wise versus lots of rice.
