I just did some searching to see if I could find any current info re:Texas. Nope, nothing. My only suggestion is to call the Texas Dept. of Health and ask, worse that can happen is you get an answer of “we’re not telling”. Also try the health dept for the county where you live.

I find it hard to believe that in Cities the size of Houston Dallas/ Ft Worth, there are no cases. So, basically, we peons are out of the loop.
The John Hopkins Map has 3 cases in Texas. 2@ Lackland from the Diamond Princess, and 1 in San Antonio.
