My ex had hybrid wolf when we got married. Best, smartest dog but same issue. Was overprotective of our family and gave warning nips to many. Had neighbor kid decided it would be fun to taunt her on his way home from school. Finally convinced hubby to give her to some country folks where it wouldn’t be an issue. He NEVER forgave me for that, but Banshee was a walking lawsuit. Sad because she was wonderful to us. On a lake with no leash laws by the way.

Hey *sshole. It is not an old wives tale. animals in the wild are a lot smarter than people give them credit for. many carnivores act together, wolves, orcas, whales, lions.
