I believe Q is letting all DS players know the time for deals has completely passed. This crowd ALWAYS believes their $$ or connections (pull) can deliver them from any negative circumstance. Q is saying the ROE have just drastically changed!
Looking forward to weeping and gnashing of DS teeth, but be aware of DS going down with fangs bared, biting off their own arms and legs!
