Two former volleyball stars and their 12-year-old daughters have died after a 'DUI suspect' crashed into their van as they traveled to a tournament in Kansas City, Missouri.
The vehicle crossed the median on Interstate 64 in St. Charles County, emerged into westbound lanes near Highway 364 and hit the minivan carrying the two families from Louisville, Kentucky head-on. The van then collided with an SUV at 10.38am Friday.

So sad. This happened to a friend of mine. His 20 year old son was driving home from college when somebody on the other side of the interstate crossed the median and hit him head-on. The people in the other car survived. My friend’s son didn’t.
WTF????
“He was on probation for the charges, KSDK reported. The driver has not yet been arrested and police are awaiting toxicology reports on Henderson.”
Are you kidding? On a Saturday night I’d venture to guess there are thousands of people driving who would fail the breathalyzer test.
That’s where you take his blood alcohol right there and if he’s positive, you take him behind the screen of trees and end the problem immediately.
We have 50 million illegal aliens if that answers your question.

Mimosa breakfast?
How many drunk drivers are driving drunk at 10:30 in the morning? Must have a serious drinking problem or maybe was up all night drinking.
Never go out on a Saturday Night to a Sanctuary City.
This is why Mrs. BaldingEagle and I drive big heavy vehicles, screw gas mileage.
Yeah, that isn’t a guarantee we’ll survive, but it sure increases the odds if we end up driving over the top of them.
“What a tragedy. How many drunk drivers are out there that don’t get caught?”
I fear quite a few.
1. Drunk driver gets in a crash, injuring a person.
2. Guy goes to a crowded shopping mall, closes his eyes and fires a gun randomly, injuring a person.
Will they get the same jail time? Will the DUI get his car back and be able to drive again? Will the shooter get his gun back and be able to own guns again?
That's the takeaway, and is tag-line-worthy.
A couple years ago I transcribed a police interrogation of a guy who drunk drove into a van carrying a pair of grandparents, the parents, and the parents’ two kids. Everyone dead, except the perp. Three generations of a family wiped out in a nanosecond.
Ive caught some flak for saying this, but Im going to say it again anyway. A bar serves a guy until he can barely walk. The guy then stumbles out the door and gets into his car. The guy kills someone on the road.
The guy gets arrested, of course. But why doesnt the bartender get arrested as well?
The accident was on Friday morning.
A tragic loss of life from a criminally intoxicated buffoon. On another, very political note, I’ve noticed that most Lesbian couples have daughters and homosexual men couples have sons.
was stopped in Chino CAL at one of those should be illegal roadside checks for drunk drivers, where they have no cause but the USSC said they could make us take a breathalyzer anyway.
It was 5 PM I was just off work. I asked the officer why they did these at 5. Are people drunk driving right after work? He said, you’d be surprised.
Still opposed to searches without cause or warrants.
