*All that and shes only six?*
I have had 4 y/o pre-schoolers out of control. Damage property and other children. Par for the course.
Many of these kids are being raised by siblings. I ask, where was momma? In jail w/ a drug habit, more likely. The dad? What father?
Gone is the day when kids were raised by a frying pan toting grandma who ruled the roost. She would have come to the school and pulled the kid by the ear, all the way home. And put the child to bed w/out any supper.
Today, a guardian shows up with an ombudsman, pro bono lawyer and a social worker. Times have changed.
My oldest son has a learning disability due to him being 12# at birth and I was in labor too long (it was Christmas eve and no one wanted to deal with it). He was born 12/26. Oxygen deprivation caused learning disability which we didn’t find out about disability until he was 5. Had him professionally tested due to complaints at daycare of him acting up, etc.
He had ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder as well as IQ of 69.
Anyways back then (39 years ago) they put him on Ritalin. It would work for a while at school but then wear off and he would get out of control. They hired another worker to walk him outside of the school to get him calmed down. Sometimes I would have to go get him. I worked with a behavior specialist as when he would act out- hit himself, throw things, I would have to sit on him for 10 min or so until he calmed down. He was in special ed classes all the way until he graduated from high school. Long story, many years of working with specialists and getting him the help needed, nearly destroyed our marriage and family. But we did it. He is doing well for the most part now. I gave him to the Lord throughout the years is the only way we all survived. I did eventually take him off Ritalin as he was like a zombie when on it.
This girl has obvious issues and hope she gets the help needed.
