We had reached top of the Flight plan at probably 20K and the Capt gets on the PA I figured it was the announcement to start descent but instead and Capt says if anybody is interested there's 2 TX ANG A-10 Warthogs coming up on the left side of Our A/C and the Crews all just happened to know each other from USAF Service. We're all waving, thumbs up & even a few Phones snapping away. They respond with a few Wing Wags back at Us. There were PAX from across the aisle coming over too. I thought that was great way to start a Monday

that was a 1st for Me and I've been flying for about 35 - 40 years .

I wish I had a cellphone camera like these days. I got to thinking about it after I Posted about this and I don’t think I ever had anything like this happening. Lots of stationary items on the ground like The Arch (St. Lou), The DC Sites, Lakes, Daytona Track while landing, Rivers and Mountain Ranges but no other A/C in almost the same Air space like the A-10’s being a 1/4 mile away going the same Direction, Altitude and Air Speed. For Me it was just plain Awesome seeing Our Military knowing that they were just yards away and ready to Kick Ass if needed.!!!
