About the steel mill.
Just asking.
What process is used in the typical Chinese steel mill to create their steel from iron (is it the Bessemer process, for example)?

What is the average mass of steel created per day? With that, what is the average expected emission of sulfur (and is the sulfur a by-product of creating the steel, or of burning the coal/coke/dog food/McDonalds wrappers to heat up the iron?

Does the map of the sulfur-oxides plume, indicate concentration of sulfur species per volume of air?

What is the total mass of sulfur emitted?

Compare that to both the steel mill and to the supposed number of human bodies being burned: hint: if humans are burned are they adding high-sulfur coal to keep the fires going, since humans generally don’t make self-sustaining fires outside of clickbait TV shows?

Maybe they are using the steel melting furnace as a giant crematorium.
