Open the link, type CTRL-A then CTRL-C, open notepad and type CTRL-V.
Save the file as filename.htm, then from your browser do a FILE/OPEN and open the file. It's a long prospectus or some such for financial stuff... puts and calls, blah, blah.
It's half html and half pdf... Don't know if it means anything. It is called an FWP (Free Writing Prospectus).
It gets weird when you search engine on FWP.
