Seems fine. It was a suggestion I passed along from someone who has threads deleted by mods in forum who don’t like zerohedge. She suggested picking up the originating link off zero hedge whenever possible. If there’s no second source (AP etc.), no problem posting zero hedge links unless they start zapping here too. Not a “rule” but a strategy suggestion from another FReeQ. :)

Farcesensitive-I read Zero Hedge quite often. Many times their stuff is from other sources, and it’s not always easy to find that link to get to the original source.
For example, in the paragraph below “control of the narrative” links to another ZH article that tracks to the NY Post.
Notice the phrase— as the Epoch Times reports—that is a link to the Epoch Times Chinese Edition.
Such links are usually some other color than the rest of the print. Unfortunately, for this particular piece, you almost have to go with zero hedge’s translation of the article.
HERE’S THE EXCERPT FROM ZERO HEDGE FOR REFERENCE:
Earlier today we highlighted the aggressive censorship that is underway in China to keep “control of the narrative.” Sadly, the citizens that were charged with trying to keep “control of the people” were potentially treated even worse
as The Epoch Times reports, thanks to a lack of information (or perhaps withholding) from Beijing, thousands of soldiers and officers of the People’s Liberation Army, as well as police have been diagnosed with the deadly virus and are currently under quarantine.

For your information, the last time I tried to post an article to the forum in front page news, it was rejected—and the reason given was: ZERO HEDGE. I had previously posted from Zero Hedge before, but the rules apparently changed.
I think as long as you attribute the original source, we should be fine, but I’m not a copyright legal beagle either.
Hope that helps.
