Yah, or could be they email stuff to a central "poster" person. I know Outlook converts the first 3 ..... to a single character ellipse..
You can test it by typing in 5 periods, then backspace. It only takes 3 backspaces to remove them.
I did as soon as I saw someone say it. It makes total sense the Q team would polish the drops in a word processor. Manually entering in a textarea on ocho for some of those drops would be a nightmare.
