Seems there were too many white hats in the INTEL community. Wet-work wasn’t an option so members of MS-13 were turned into mercenaries (assassins) by DS-OPS. NYS has been issuing DLs to immigrants for some time. MS-13 has been a difficulty in NYC for some time.

With DHS-Access program, they could jump on a plane and disappear within hours, no questions asked, just flash that DL and Access card in the fast check lane.

POTUS shut that down.

I don't think so. Text boxes (<textarea>) in HTML only accept the characters entered. I doubt ocho has anything on the back end to change to an ellipsis.
