Not true. There has been many international systems set up to handle trade. The current system is dominated by USA, but is nearing it’s end—they do tend to do that. POTUS will see to it that whatever system is set up makes sense and will be one where USA can fairly compete. USA will be part of the new International system, and play a big part in what that system is. JMO
about the 3 dots thing today...I took as simply a space between dot 1 and 2 and 2 and 3...to me, that designated more time from 3 to 2 and 2 to 1 compared to 5 to 4 and 4 to 3...just a guess

Recall that Trump ordered all executive bureau heads to propose cuts according to duplicate jobs (headcount) and duplication of effort ($$, public services, etc.). Gave them a year (2017-2018).
! That’s what the DS was stalling. Those reports are in and NOW is the time to implement them. POTUS has pulled that trigger and the bureau heads are doing their job.
