The wheels fell off the bus 30 years ago. We have been scraping pavement since. Imagine a well run government with plenty of stored capital. How would they respond to an airborne epidemic killing hundreds now and thousands later ? Probably like China is responding. Just wait till you see ole corrupt half dead uncle sammy respond. Time to pick out our burial plots. Lol.
