British, Dave?, Jerry?, too much weed (pot) back in the 60s & 70s.
Interesting about Dave Clark. He was one of the first to keep control of the DC5 creative content.
It also hurt him because he wouldn’t re-release any of the old stuff - he lost a ton of money and it kept the DC5 out of sight and out of mind.
The only English group back then that I liked. And they made it by redoing old songs.
I’ve been wondering if Dave Clark was in an accident. Recent pictures I’ve seen of him his face doesn’t look just older, but distorted like Patsy Cline after her car accident.
I’ve read it’s a result of plastic surgery. Vanity has a price.
