I just finished making close to 10 lbs of cabbage salad for tomorrow's Legion pork loin dinner. So happy I have an electric chopper. As a child I can remember helping my Gram make it with a hand help chopper. I loved helping her.

Later , I have to roast about 20 or more lbs of red and Yukon potatoes with carrots.

Just happy the cabbage salad is done.
