Who cares if they can’t be recycled. Bury them in an out of the way place and pretend they are rocks. The only concern would be if they degraded to a toxic chemical that seeped into the water table. Plenty of places where that won’t happen.

It really isn’t going to matter. You still need to mine for the materials that go into windmills and without electricity or oil, you won’t be able to extract those materials from the ground.
