Nope. She started ripping it before it was over. She was caught on video. Someone said it started during Limbaugh part but not sure.
It was a pre rip. And she tried to hide it. Multiple times.
Sounds like Trump had some fun with it and spliced her ripping the speech apart into various moments during his speech. Fair game. Fair use. Pelosi explicitly said that she tore up the speech as a reaction to IT, in which “everything was a lie,” not as a protest of Trump in general. Trump was just taking her at her word.
