No, it’s only a disaster when the Dems are in charge. And the fact that they have the biggest subversive organization in the US, the SEIU, running their cities and picking their government is the reasons for this. The left is totally entrenched there, having learned government by union from the City of New York where a lot of Puerto Ricans spent their formative years.
