Because it was for sure a nice place to Live and raise Families,stuff happens and you Pray everyday it changes so you will not have to move or take action.
Once 18 in 1984, ran from the place. Cops were power hungry , gone to their heads, straight up gestapo back then and steady getting worse. Hated it ! Were it not for family would never go back
