Plenty of articles say they are recovering and that’s why they were released from hospital care
I suppose home confinement to guard against relapse
There has been very little information released on the medical care this couple received. It is not clear that they ever had serious symptoms, like the pneumonia that seems to be ravaging victims in Wuhan. There have been a few stories involving mild cases with quick recovery after flu like symptoms. It sounds like these folks might be in that group.

which means they’ve recovered to the point that they no longer need to be in the hospital ... or do you think they were sent home to die in isolation?
