That movie scared the bejeesus out of me when I was a kid.

Then, years later, I saw the actual little doll figure on display at Universal Studios. The one they had running around in her apartment terrorizing her.

Still creeped me out! LOL

Karen Black looked like she could have been one of Carly Simon’s sisters. Joanna Simon (age 79), in particular.
Joanna is/was a mezzo-soprano and currently a real estate broker.

It’s funny how one segment of a TV movie shown once in 1975 (IIRC) is still so well remembered.

It aired when I was in high school and I remember almost everybody talking about it in school the next day.

Heck, even MST3K mentioned it while riffing on the movie “Santa Claus.”

Trilogy of Terror was broadcast annually up in the Boston area throughout the 80’s. I believe it was on Channel 56, home of Creature Double Feature.
