The TDS that has affected the democrats is like the coronavirus. It is contagious. And the sad thing is that Mitch McConnell was right that the senate is there to stop the abuse of the institutions and constitution... but he and others were wrong to think that the supposedly level headed Dem senators would vote to acquit. That said, you should keep in mind, and understand, that how you feel about Trump is precisely how we felt about Obama and Hillary - and at the time they had power you and your brethren didn’t care the least about what we thought or what was going on in our lives.
You, and the rest of us, are all equals - despite what you might think because you have been gifted with the privilege of making enormous amounts of money for doing make-believe. You aren’t brighter, more erudite, more informed, more tolerant, more moral, or more important than the rest of the world, and your opinions are not worth more.
If you really care about people ‘getting along’, and about ridding the world of hatred and violence, then quit hating.
You have absolutely zero right to dictate to the rest of us how we should live our lives, and we have zero right to dictate to you. But, we can find common ground - provided that’s actually what you want. By all indications, it’s not.
