Senators and congressmen cannot be impeached. They can, however, be expelled, which is a different procedure. Expulsion requires a two thirds vote of the House in which the individual is a member.

What happens if a Senator or Rep is convicted of a serious crime? Example - Omar whatever her real name is, the Somalian cockroach, is being investigated for not just financial crimes but immigration fraud. Suppose she is convicted. Does she get a free pass, or other?

I know, I used the wrong term, but thinking you would know what I meant, you would realize that...

Utah CANNOT recall him, we do not have a law for that, we can however CENTURE him, the State Government is trying to make a law that we can bring him back and vote him out because he represents UTAH...but we have to vote for that law, hope it passes and then send it to the Supreme Court and hope they allow it...

This is what was decided today...
