Has emotionall abused my wife forever. I keep telling her to detract...but it’s her parents.
He’s 83 and in a home now. Call me evil but he falls and hits his head every week or so. Bless his heart.

MIL put major effort into trying to make husband feel like trash; and FIL was in constant competition. Husband had his IQ guessed at 270 and was in special classes and on the 64K Question and a Quiz Kid. And did BRILLIANTLY in life. So when MIL went after husband publicly, once again, I brightly noted that she was still dying her hair. Watching her close her mouth was so satisfying. It’s a lifelong struggle to undo poor parenting. Luckily, my mother adopted and adored him.
