Regrettably, if enacted, a Utah recall law will be declared unconstitutional.
Federal officeholders -- senators and congressmen -- cannot be recalled. This issue has been litigated both in federal court (Frank Church, Idaho, 1967) and state court (Robert Menendez, New Jersey, 2013).
Although Justice Clarence Thomas believes that states should have the right of recall under the 10th Amendment, getting four other justices to agree with him will be a high hill to climb, especially considering the case law already on the books.

Good article. Here's an excerpt:
“Today, I want to focus on two aspects of the challenge we face. The first is how China jumpstarts its technology initiatives by stealing our technology. Second, I want to explain why China’s current focus on dominating 5G technology is of central concern.
The ability of totalitarian countries to engage in central economic planning can, at times, appear to be an advantage, especially when mobilizing the kind of technological blitzkrieg we see unfolding today.
The downside is that central planning suppresses technological innovation. Breakthrough ideas arise in free societies like ours, which have long led the way in cutting-edge technological development
The Chinese are trying to have it both ways. While orchestrating a centrally-planned campaign to dominate key technologies, they are attempting to capture the benefits of our free society by outright stealing our technology. The stealing of technology is not a sideshow. It undergirds and propels their efforts.
As John Demers, our Assistant Attorney General for the National Security Division observed, “China wants the fruits of America’s brainpower to harvest the seeds of its planned economic dominance.”

If you recall, I posted the FBI's Recently Added document(s) on the last thread related to so-called "moonlight murders". I initially took an interest in them because with Q, it's usually the case that "things aren't always what they seem." I wondered if these mysterious murders were connected to someone for whom the black hats covered up or something. I finally got around to checking them. What struck me about page 1 is that the document indicates that, contrary to news reports, the FBI and other officals are NOT involved in the "biggest murder investigation in recent Texas history"(at the time of writing). Again, that makes me wonder if it was a cover up; why would newspapers list officials investigating who weren't investigating?
I know we have enough to look at, but I think the "case" starts with a curious conflict surrounding who is or who is not investigating in the first paragraph, titled PURPOSE.

Very interesting X22Report tonight. Especially starting about 10 min mark. Going over Bolton and “The Pen” and his book title. Following a twitter thread by BlueSky.... George Washington’s, (childhood friend) was Spymaster agent 711-his alias name was ‘John Bolton’. He was military Intelligence appointed to put a secret spy ring together, dubbed “The Culper Ring”

..Something squirrelly in the date/times of this sequence of posts..We've been having dos attacks ever since noon, internet connections have been at very best squirrelly and Grandma claims that one of the Billings TV stations has gone plumb dark.
If this is only a "local" (local = anything within 100 miles in Montana) deal I understand..
Probably just those Martians under Yellowstone foolin' around again. /jk

Utah CANNOT recall him, we do not have a law for that, we can however CENTURE him, the State Government is trying to make a law that we can bring him back and vote him out because he represents UTAH...but we have to vote for that law, hope it passes and then send it to the Supreme Court and hope they allow it..

Prior to the 17th Amendment, could states recall, and replace their senators?

even if arrested, sentenced, and thrown in jail, congress critters are still in office. Only if expelled by 2/3 vote does that change.

Asked this question elsewhere:
Prior to the 17th Amendment could states recall and replace senators? If, so the 17th Amendment needs to be immediately replaced, and or repealed.

What happens if a Senator or Rep is convicted of a serious crime? Example - Omar whatever her real name is, the Somalian cockroach, is being investigated for not just financial crimes but immigration fraud. Suppose she is convicted. Does she get a free pass, or other?
**********************************************************************************
Interesting Question. I attempted to research that. About the best that I can say is.. even if arrested, sentenced, and thrown in jail, congress critters are still in office. Only if expelled by 2/3 vote does that change. Chances of that 2/3 at present, are slim and none-slim was seen riding a fast horse out of DC.
The Ohio representative, Trafficant, the guy with the racoon toupee, was convicted and sentenced while still serving in the House. The "Beam Me Up, Mr. Speaker" guy.
I don't believe he was able to vote from his cell.
