CNN contributor Van Jones warned fellow panelists, and Democrats in general, on Tuesday evening that President Donald Trump was helping African-Americans “in real life” and reaching out to them for their vote in 2020. Jones was reacting to the president’s State of the Union address, in which the president mentioned several efforts to help African-Americans specifically: What he was saying to African-Americans can be effective. You may not like it, but he mentioned HBCUs [historically black colleges and universities] — our black colleges have been struggling for a long time, a bunch of them have gone under — he threw a lifeline to them, in real life, in his budget. He talked about that. He talked about the criminal justice reform. He talked about opportunity zones. He talked about school choice.

Funding universities is not the FettGub’s job. Directing curricula in K-12 is not the FettGub’s job.
Which only shows that, even if President Trump is GOOD for Black Americans, Historically Black Colleges, Veterans, the Economy, and America in General, he’s GOT TO BE STOPPED!!!!!!

Van is a radical Leftist, but he is very astute politically. Kind of Michael Moore. The Dems would be best to heed his (and Moore’s) warnings, but I really think they’re unable to do so.
Listening to the communists discussing the SOTU speech this morning and they absolutely dismiss Trump’s work for criminal justice reform and inner cities.
To them, he is still a racist and everyone knows it....right?
Well, they are in for a big surprise in November.
Just like the communists are denigrating Iowans for Monday’s debacle, calling them “too white”, “racist”, etc, they will turn on black citizens if they lose their vote.
Watch the communists return to their KKK rhetoric about black citizens.

As opposed to Politicians who typically ID an “issue” and milk it for decades, Trump actually tries to fix the “issues” and move on to IDing and fixing more.

Trump is working to help all America. In the process, he’s improving a lot of the bad stuff that the D party has done to several population subgroups that the D’s were screwing over a lot ( black Americans, Latino americans, manufacturing workers, energy industry workers, jewish Americans, evangelical Christians, almost everyone in “fly over coubtry” — you name it. A rising sea raises all ships. Including several key constituencies that were part of fdr’s D coalition. I think this is politically very astute - especially now that the D party is committing suicide anyways
