Even multiple reliable Trump haters in the Fake News have said, the Rat-controlled Iowa caucuses are a “disaster.”
There are many commentators (as well as POTUS and others in his administration) who have made the true and damning statement: “The Democrats can’t even manage their own caucuses in Iowa, yet they say they want to be in charge of this country.”
She says “it wasn’t the Russians in this case”.
In other words, it was the Russians in a prior case.
