Prolly a still from this video dude in the back.. He seems to have the same high angle as in the drop..

I just want to point out to everyone who replied “of course we saw Nancy tear up the speech” that those of us watching on RSBN did not have the same camera view of this. Our view was from the side from the gallery. Thus my being unsure what she was doing. After seeing other clips it was clear from other camera feeds.
