If you want a better feel Separate China and the rest of the countries as a whole and at the moment other countries are doing better because basically, badly hit cities in China have overrun their medical ability to care for and count and the rest of us have not. This virus is extremely virulent and is basically a game of numbers to over run the system. Keeping it from spreading with its long infection rate before symptoms show is the problem.

The outside of China number of cases grew by 5 cases so far today, from 183 to 188.
Makes you wonder what the Chinese were working on, in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
If that is true, then, as Fauci said in the interview, there are a lot more unreported cases. That will lower the death rate as more of the current cases raise it.
Bottom line is that if it spreads as easily as flu, then 2% is bad (20 times worse than flu). If it doesn't spread easily then the death rate will climb as the current cases reach their conclusion.
