Well, duh, yeah. It’s not like you want to give someone a chance to hit you back if you don’t have to. /S
Where did the idiot get his training? Everyone knows that inmates are used to administer beatings. The later benefits that the inmate receives, of course, are not a quid pro quo. It’s just a coincidence.
He faces a maximum penalty of five years of imprisonment on the conspiracy and perjury counts, 10 years of imprisonment on the excessive force count, and 20 years of imprisonment on each of the remaining obstruction counts.
Too bad they dont put him in the general population at Angola.
If they were to do that, his sentence would be far less than 20 years.
Sounds like what we got he’are is a failure to communicate!
He said “Six months, ain’t no sentence...
and one year, ain’t no time”
“I was born, down in Angola
doing from fourteen to ninety-nine.”
Is it possible that this handcuffed prisoner *deserved* to be beaten?
someone got a major beating...
That boy was lucky that's all that happened...
Any body interested, check out Larry Lawton on Youtube in Gangster Redemption. He tells you about prison.
I’m waiting to hear more about the person that got the beating before I decide how upset I am with the cops....we cheer when certain perps are put in general population and get shivved..
The court had already decided what the inmate “deserved”. This is a breach of trust to the rule of law by these officers. Perhaps you may end up on the wrong side of Justice one day, or one of your children....
