Some butthole here in Florida just hung his veteran neighbor’s emotional support labrador....because its barking annoyed him. Then to make things worse he tried to recruit a kid to help him dispose of the dead dog.

Historically, Asians in general have been inhumane. Which possibly explains the wanton cruelty exhibited by the American Indian tribes (descended from Asian stock). Then again, every culture has its share of inhumanity, so no one culture in particular can lay claim to being superior in that regard.
