It’s a story that people believe because it gets repeated often.
It's a myth. One article by the Post I think and that's all it took. From what I understand the rate of STDs is less than the average for the state of Florida. Some one took "fastest growing rate", I.E. One case to Two cases is a 100% increase! and turned it into an STD epidemic.
