A new theory about the virus is that China wanted to release a weakened version to naturally immunize their people against a stolen bioweapon but they accidentally released what turned out to be a very deadly version.

Strange-because so far it seems to be mild as compared to SARS and even the regular flu in other nations.
And it could be that they are just too inept to work with level 4 pathogen.
And what can you expect when they don't even have soap in public bathrooms?
