1. I doubt shes a banker. Unless bank tellers are considered bankers?
2. What bank hires bankers with blue hair?
3. Im thinking she was fired for something else. Need both sides of the story but looks like the bank isnt going to say. My guess shes a bit too emotional and gullible and this wasnt the first sob story of a person she tried to fix/save and the bank got tired of her.
Yeah I am going to call BS on this.
If there is more to the story, she will be bank to banking very soon, I suspect.
Story says senior banker.

It’s VERY possible that the bank fired her because she was costing them too much in healthcare and/or she often was absent from her job for medical care.
(My former civilian employer in VA discharged 16 people for “varied nebulous reasons” in about 90 days in 2011. - I found it “interesting” that each of the discharged employees were those employees who were chronically ill, had a “preexisting medical condition” and/or were “driving up” the company’s health insurance premiums.)

You know this story is going to be about how she used the banks resources
Spending other peoples money is just never virtuous, much to the contrary to what liberals try to pull off
She left work early. That part of the story does not fit in with her doing everything correctly per the headlines insinuation and her claim
Nor does it fit in with logic. If shes going to assist this guy, why cant she do that on her time. She misused the banks time/resources.
How early did she leave? Was the guy that g AC CE her the ok expecting her to return but did not?
This is a call center worker, not a banker or a teller.
If she was fired over the incident, it was most likely for violating company policy regarding contact with customers outside of the call center. I’m sure that’s a very serious matter for the call center as I’m sure some people get irate while on the phone and some might even seek to cause harm to the person they’re talking to.
At a guess, the lines are recorded and scanned for key phrases, one of which probably is the location of the call center. The alert likely went up and the order to fire the offending employee was made.
As for blue hair - it’s a call center, customers never see whom they’re talking it.
Well, I wish I hadn’t clicked that.
