Ah, so another university at risk. Many universities’ semesters started on Jan. 20. We’ll be seeing an explosion by the end of next week at universities all over the country.
The deaths may be way undercounted as well.
Miami Univ. in Ohio began the semester on Jan. 27 and both students went to the clinic on that day. Bottom line, they knew they probably had it but got on a plane and flew back to the US for medical care. Why are we still letting people in?!?!?
Miami U cancelled their basketball game tonight. Thousands of other colleges are still travelling everywhere for games.

Speaking of Cytokine storms, do you know if Vitamin C can reduce symptoms in a coronavirus of this type (SARS, etc.) the way it can with more mundane illnesses? I figure, if extra C can work with coronaviruses, it could mean the difference between being merely symptomatic vs. critical, or critical vs. dead.

That’s semi-encouraging...although I’ve read that their ability to identify new cases is extremely limited due to the shortage of test kits.
