If 90,000 are already infected a quarantine will not work. Only option is to cease all air travel from China at this point and it’s probably already too late for that.
And that is only the ones they know about/admit to.
They docked at three ports. Ningbo was just one. Shekou Port is just downriver and to the east of Wuhan, sort of a suburb. It’s listed in the article.
How many people outside of China have been positively tested for the virus and HAVEN’T travelled from China in the last 30 days? Anyone have those stats? Also how many in country second hand cases, hopefully none.
