Little plastic milk jugs. How sweet. And plastic cups....AND plastic dishes. There was a day when schools actually used real dishes.

Yep. I oughtta know. My mom gave me a quarter a day to buy my lunch. But I pocketed it and washed those real dishes in exchange for my lunch. That was $1.25/week I saved up = about $40 for the school year. In those days (1959), that was fairly serious scratch for a HS freshman.
